xLightolier Stylux 5-shade Slip Shade Chandelier

This beautiful cast iron Art Deco slip shade chandelier is the 5-shade version designed for higher ceilings by Lightolier. They chose Consolidated Glass shades to compliment their design, called Stylux, shown in their 1933 catalog as dark brass. Lightolier’s 1933 catalog illustrates a lovely example of the “Stylux” model l2641.

The baked on original finish is still there, no breaks or chips to diminish the beauty of the shades. All parts are original. The fixture has been completely rewired keeping the original ceramic sockets.  Gone to Denver.
