Produced near the end of the art deco era, you can see light fixtures becoming less elaborate. Slip shades were often held on by clips as they got lighter in weight and simpler.
This aluminum chandelier is still in very good original condition except for the steel canopy which shows a spot of corrosion in the chrome decoration. It is rewired, ready to go. Slip shades are perfect. Switch at the bottom of the chandelier works to turn it off and on, perhaps at the dinner table.
Present length is 24″, can be cut down enough for an 8-foot ceiling, left as is for a dining room table, or lengthened, no charge.
