Porcelain light fixtures have always been a good choice for the bathroom and kitchen because of the problems of moisture. They still are. In the 1930’s, colored striping was a popular decoration. It is nice to find a matching fixture still together.
All metal parts are nickel plated brass. The ceiling fixture has a couple of tiny grayish spots in the porcelain near the ceiling from the basic clay not being completely covered by the porcelain coating. This is not unusual. All blue lines are still in excellent condition. No chips or cracks.
Shade measures 10″ x 6 3/4″, total height of fixture is 8″.
