Bronze Art Deco After Sunset Lightolier Parrot Pendant

We offer this for the collector of fine art which can sometimes be found in a light fixture. Removed from the ceiling of an antique home where it had hung since installed some 90 years ago, it has never suffered from abuse. All parts are original, no substitutions, all paint is original and in very good condition. Rare, original and desirable, so unavoidably expensive.
The shade is iridescent Gold Aurene Glass of the same quality as Tiffany or Steuben, and hexagonal, alternating two stylized art deco designs. The designs were stencilled, then imbedded or fired into the glass which is iridescent and changes from gold to amber to turquoise, etc., depending on the angle of viewing.
The diamond shaped bronze parrot amulet is well cast and extraordinarily beautiful, much like a piece of fine jewelry.
Shade is approximately 9″ x 10″ wide, the fixtures hangs 28″ with one original link. It can be lengthened but not with original diamond shaped links.
There are no problems or paint spots. If using an incandescent bulb, 60-watt is best to protect the glass.
