Consolidated Glass Cottage Flush Mount

This colorful  Fixture has a nice country  feel – a flower basket instead of a marble urn, lots of rope detailing instead of silk swags, modest touches of blue and red with the shade holder picking up the sunny brown color of the rope detailing.  

This fixture has been modestly priced for Consolidated Glass because the fixture is painted steel, not brass, not suitable for moist locations like a bathroom.   We prefer to use the vintage original rather than a new fixture.  The holder was stripped, given a rust protective coating before enameling and lacquering.
