Cruchet Double-Candle Aluminum Sconces

After stripping, we found there was no need to refinish as we preferred these elaborately designed fixtures without any further decoration.  Aluminum was preferred for casting into intricate shapes, coming out of the mold intact.  These fixtures are now polished and ready to take their place in a new era of lighting next to the usual straight lines of modern architecture.  .
