Gill Glass Marquette Line Slip Shade Wall Sconces

Though Gill Glass’ Marquette light fixture line was made in the art deco period of the thirties, stylistically they revert back to the art nouveau period.

These delicate looking fixtures are cast iron. The shades are a light colored custard glass decorated with decals, a fashion of the time, that pick up the colors of the fixture, a sort of mix of bronze, brass and copper with small touches of turquoise and rose. This type of shade is attached to the fixture using the dangling finial threaded through the bottom of the shade.

Paint n excellent original condition. No chips to shades. Decals in very good condition. Fixtures rewired, attachment hardware included.
