xMidwest Flush Mount with Consolidated Glass Shade

Here’s another version of this popular light fixture produced by the Midwest (Mid West) Manufacturing Co. of Kansas City, Kansas. .  The fixture uses their Soleure design, stylized leaves in aluminum to display the art deco double star shade designed by Consolidated Glass. A beautiful marriage, and like a bridal gown, innocent of any color.

The fixture is unpainted, not just stripped, found in its original condition – and perfect. Please ignore the shadows that remain in the photo after removing the background. Photo shoppers can’t remove any shadows remaining on the fixture itself.  Gone to California.
